Kresby znázorňují různé ženy s textem, který explicitně popírá to co právě (ne) udělaly. Na jedné znich je zobrazena slečna zapalující si cigaretu, za ní dům v plamenech. Na jiné se žena právě odvrací od klíčové dírky, pod ní je text ,, nešmírovala jsem". Divák může být znejistěn otázkou, kod nešmíroval? Vyobrazená žena nebo ten, kdo ji kreslil? Lže? Říká pravdu? Postavy jsem umyslně pojala trochu komixově a stylizovaně přičemž jednosuché věty jim dodávají výraz agitačního plakátu. Proto jsem je také vystavovala natišněné na obyčejném papíře a nalepené na zdi tak, jak obvykle vídáme plakáty na ulicích.
Drawings
depicted different women with text about what they had or had not
done. On one of them, we saw a young woman lighting a cigarette in
front of a burning house. On another she turned away from a keyhole,
and under the image was written, „I didn´t poke my nose in.“ The
pictures played with the public. The question of who didn´t poke his
nose in could be left open. Was it the woman in the picture or the
artist who had drawn it? Did it lie or tell the truth? My concept
intended the characters to be stylised and slightly reminiscent of
comic strip characters, while simple sentences lent the expression
the look of a provocative poster. This was why I also exhibited them
printed on ordinary paper and pinned up on the wall like those we see
posted up in the streets.
